Liebe Kollege,

oft sind solche Begriffe, besonders bei proz.com , 2k Words, 17 k etc.
Was bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang?

Danke im Voraus

Das k bedeutet genau dasselbe wie in kg (Kilogramm), also Tausend. Z.B. 2k = 2000, 17k = 17.000. Manchmal sind wir etwas schreibfaul, und dann kommt es zu solchen Abkürzungen.

k = Tausend Nov 8, 2016

k steht für Tausend, d.h. 2k Wörter bedeutet 2.000 Wörter

2k = 2,000 (words) for example Nov 8, 2016

It is normal in this business to express the amount of words in k
