URLs not appearing as clickable links on screen

You may have noticed that sometimes you answer a question and give a URL as a reference, but it appears onscreen as plain text rather than a clickable link. In other words, if someone wants to check your reference, they have to cut and paste the URL into their browser.

I raised this with ProZ staff quite a while ago, and they said they'd fix it, but it might take time.

You may have noticed that sometimes you answer a question and give a URL as a reference, but it appears onscreen as plain text rather than a clickable link. In other words, if someone wants to check your reference, they have to cut and paste the URL into their browser.

I raised this with ProZ staff quite a while ago, and they said they'd fix it, but it might take time.

They pointed out that it only seems to happen with URLs beginning "https". If you leave out the "s", it solves the problem and clicking on it takes you to the correct site.
