Were you able to find any solutions to this error message? I can't even open the file as I'm receiving this error. Might need to re-create the XLIFF but I'd like to avoid that.

The problem is with the UnknownSegments sdlxliff file

Dear Steve,
Thanks for your answer. I might have not been clear in the beginning.
My source file is a DOCX document. I can prepare the sdlxliff file, translate the document and save the target file.
However, when I run Analyze Files and select Export unknown segments, I cannot open the UnknownSegments en-GB_hu-HU.sdlxliff file in the Exports folder under the project folder. The following error message pops up:

Hi Sandor,
Could you post the issue in our SDL community please- http://xl8.one. This is our free community where we have lots of 'file issue' experts that im sure will be able to help you promptly. I have researched this and believe it to be a fairly simple tag issue but cannot be sure. The 'experts' will most certainly be able to help you.
