Hola,

En referencia a la "prestación de maternidad-parternidad por nacimiento" me pueden decir como
funciona.

No entiendo como esta eso que permite compartir el descanso por maternidad con el padre ?

Hola,

Creo que simplemente los padres se pueden "repartir" entre ellos las 16 semanas que corresponden por la maternidad/paternidad. La madre puede coger, por ejemplo, 10 semanas de baja y el padre 6. Al menos así me lo explicaron cuando lo pregunté en el INSS.
