The above, and some more:

Here's what I found:

Hans Wehr dictionary suggests "DEFAMATORY POEM"

Then there's "LAMPOON", which according to this Glossary of Poetic terms http://www.poetsgraves.co.uk/glossary_poetic_terms_l.htm is defined as: Scurrilous, satirical poem.
It's used here: "thematic types featured in classical and modern Arabic poetry, the most prominent of which are madih (eulogy, panegyric), hija' (lampoon), ritha' (elegy), and wasf (description)." (The Arabic Literary Heritage: The Developments of its Genres and Criticism) http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m2501/is_3_22/ai_66938...

Then there's INVECTIVE POEM as used here "■Gelder, G. J. van. The Bad and the Ugly: Attitudes Towards Invective Poetry (Hija') in Classical Arabic Literature (Leiden, 1988). http://www.soas.ac.uk/courseunits/15PNMC048.html

...and ABUSE POETRY as used in this respectable source: Encyclopedia of Arabic literature -

books.google.co.uk/books?isbn=0415185726...

The Wikipedia article favours "SATIRICAL POETRY": The pre-Islamic poetry is commonly referred to in Arabic as "الشعر الجاهلي" or Jahili poetry, .... The genre of Arabic satirical poetry was known as hija. ...
