In an Operating agreement:
"Transfers to Estates and Other **Intermediate Holding Vehicles**.
Units which pass into an estate or other **intermediate holding vehicle** (including but not limited to a revocable trust which becomes irrevocable) upon a deceased individual’s death shall be treated as automatically passing to the Person who will receive the Units from the estate or other intermediate holding vehicle if such Person is a Permitted Transferee, and in such case the estate or other **intermediate holding vehicle** shall be a Member pending such Transfer of Units to such Person; provided, however, that the Units shall immediately be treated as having passed to a Person that is not a Permitted Transferee if a Person that is not a Permitted Transferee actually receives the Units from the estate or other **intermediate holding vehicle**."
