Il est question d'un bon de commande émis pour l'acheminement, l'installation et la mise en service, semble-t-il, d'un compresseur.

The rate is subject to 5% annual price escalation for the services rendered beyond ***PJ*** Month 38(2020.Mar.31)."

Que signifie "PJ" dans le présen contexte selon vous ?

Yes, that's an equally plausible alternative, and there are no doubt others... There probably aren't all that many words starting with 'J' in normal commercial EN, which is what is puzzling me; it's like when we find a 'K' in FR ;-)

I'm very sceptical about "purchase journal". There is also "procurement justification", for example

This seems in some way to be describing what the month number refers to — 38 months back from 2020 takes us pretty much back to the present. I have little inspiration as to what 'PJ' might stand for, you may have to face the possiiblity it is a company-specific abbreviation requiring a customer question.
I did just wonder if maybe it could be 'Purchase Journal' — though I would have expected that to be 'Purchase Ledger'; but this is the place supplier invoices are filed, and so it could conceivably be relevant when referring to the dates of invoices.

I fear that is not very plausible here, given that we seem to be talking about providing some kind of labour input (i.e. not energy), and also, Joules are not normally billing units (cf. kWh)
