above the Tentorium cerebella = supratentorial
These are synonyms - I just used the short way
like in the source "על טנטוריאלי", istead of
"מעל המוח הקטן הטנטוריאלי"

As to "sections" - I can't be sure without context:
"חתכים" can refer to "incisions" or to "sections" (or even "slashes" and "bruises" in other context)
