Italian term

sindrome piramidale

Italian to English Medical Medical (general)
Dear all,

I am translating the academic regulations for an undergraduate study program in Physiotherapy (Laurea in Fisioterapia) offered by an Italian university.
In the regulations, a course in Nervous System Diseases teaches, among other things, "sindrome piramidale"
What would a good American English equivalent be?
Would "pyramidal syndromes" work? Not too many hits on Google...

Thank you,
Igor.
