Source text - Hungarian 13. Amennyiben jelen szerződés valamely rendelkezése vagy rendelkezésének egy része érvénytelen lenne, ez nem érinti a szerződés egyéb részének az érvényességét. A Felek az érvénytelen szerződési feltételeket, amennyiben ez jogszabályilag lehetséges, olyan érvényes új kikötésekkel pótolják, amelyek az elérni kívánt célhoz a legközelebb állnak. A Felek jelen szerződés teljesítése során Vevő tulajdonjogának bejegyzése érdekében jóhiszeműen, együttműködve kötelesek eljárni. Ennek során a Felek minden olyan akadályról vagy körülményről, amely a Vevő tulajdonjogának bejegyzése szempontjából lényeges, egymást haladéktalanul értesíteni kötelesek.
Translation - English 13. If a provision or part of a provision of this Pre-Agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the Pre-Agreement. In case it is allowed by law, the Parties shall substitute the invalid terms and conditions with new valid stipulations which are closest to the goal to be achieved. During the performance of the Pre-Agreement the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to support the registration of the ownership of the Purchaser. In the course of this process the Parties shall immediately inform each other about any obstacle or circumstance that they deem substantial from the point of view of the registration of the ownership of the Purchaser.
