German to English: Hinweise zum Browser-basierten Arbeiten General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: IT (Information Technology)
Translation - English Notes on working in a browser-based environment
Even though working in a browser-based environment offers a high degree of viewing flexibility, there are some restrictions you must be aware of:
• Do not close a browser tab, a browser window or the browser itself without having saved your entries. Failing to do so will result in your data being lost.
• Do not enter any other web addresses in the address window and do not start any searches in a search engine while you are working in a (PRODUCT_NAME) window. If you wish to do these things, use a separate tab or a separate window.
• Do not use your browser's "back" or "forward" navigation options or the refresh function while you are working in (PRODUCT_NAME).

Erreichen meine Inhalte meine Zielgruppe?
Translation - English What are the biggest challenges faced by today’s regional media companies?
Almost all regional newspapers are confronted with a similar challenge and that is subscriber demographics. We have discovered that our most loyal subscribers are 40 and older. So, we have relatively few young subscribers. For us, this means that the subscription business model is not as attractive to the under-40 target market as it was in the past.
There is a variety of reasons for this. On the one hand, the way media is consumed plays a role. Which target group uses which medium? Who reads newspapers, who subscribes to news apps, who watches TV and videos, who uses which devices? On the other hand, we have to ask ourselves how relevant and interesting our content is to certain target groups. Does my content appeal to my target group?
