Bio
I have an educational background in science, technical subjects and engineering and worked in France as an engineer in various organisations connected to the French government. I moved to the UK in 2009 and worked in the videogame industry as translating and localising for videogame instructions and subtitles. Then end of 2010 I decided to seek work as a freelance translator.

I am particularly good at translating from English to French while ensuring that the correct meaning of the original is retained, that general, technical or scientific works are correctly rendered and that the phraseology and terminology of the spirit and style of literacy works are conveyed as far as possible. I possess specific experience in developing methods and packages for use of computers and other instruments to improve productivity and quality of translation, like TRADOS 2011, Wordfast, OmegaT and Across.
