Bio
Odette Côté has 25 years of experience in translation, more specifically in the field of education, labour and employement, as well as health and social services. Her background as a translator includes 9 years with the Government of Ontario and 4 years with the Government of Canada.

After completing college in Quebec, Odette settled in Vancouver, where she graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Diploma in Translation. However, family ties and attractive career opportunities brought her closer to home after graduation. In Toronto, she dedicated the next 13 years to a career with the Ontario Government Translation Service and the Government of Canada’s Translation Bureau. Odette has been a certified member of the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO) since May 2000. She has been working as an independent translator since 2001.
