Source text - English With regard to the above, the Testifier hereto, through the interpreter and in the presence of the witnesses, granted the attorney the widest powers, including the following: to act in the execution of the notarial sale-purchase deed by the signing of the same, to agree the purchase price, to pay and receive the receipt for the same, to effect a more precise and detailed description and confirmation of the cadastral data, boundaries and easements, to request proof of title and legal guarantees, to agree the date from which possession and related enjoyment will commence, to agree the usual covenants and clauses for the sale-purchase of real property and specific to the subject matter thereof, to request any tax relief for which there may be entitlement, to sign all public or private deeds as may be necessary or needed as the case may be, to make declarations or produce documents with reference to the provisions of Law no. 151 of 19 May 1975, to effect declarations pursuant to Article 76 of Presidential Decree no. 445 of 28 December 2000 required by the law in relation to the deed to be stipulated and to do all else that may be necessary and appropriate in the interests of the mandating party for the precise performance of this appointment in such a way that it will never be possible to raise objections against the above-described attorney based on the absence of powers or incomplete formalities.
All the above is with the undertaking to validate and ratify such actions from the date hereof, such powers to be confined to the completion of the same within a single context.
