Риск пеленочного дерматита резко возрастает при поносах и пероральном приеме амоксициллина. Для профилактики и лечения неосложненных форм пеленочного дерматита рекомендуется Бепантен.

Особое внимание уделено механизму действия лекарственных средств и возможности их использования при постхолецистэктомическом синдроме у детей разных возрастных групп. Представлен личный опыт применения этих лекарств у детей с желчнокаменной болезнью, перенесших холецистэктомию.

Снижение пищеварительной функции поджелудочной железы может наблюдаться при многих заболеваниях желудочно-кишечного тракта и быть относительным и абсолютным. У детей достаточно часто встречается относительная недостаточность поджелудочной железы, при которой сама поджелудочная железа не повреждена и ее функция не нарушена, однако в силу тех или иных причин ферменты не могут в полной мере оказывать свое действие. Обычно проявляется стерто или скрыто, без типичной симптоматики, обнаруживая себя лишь при лабораторном обследовании. Как правило, на первый план выходит симптоматика основного заболевания. Различные заболевания желудочно-кишечного тракта достаточно часто сопровождаются относительной недостаточностью внешнесекреторной функции поджелудочной железы, и требуется включение ферментных препаратов в комплексную терапию данных заболеваний.

Своевременное и полноценное половое созревание ребенка является крайне важной проблемой как для врачей-эндокринологов, так и для специалистов общей практики. К сожалению, не все родители имеют четкое представление о допустимых сроках полового развития детей, поэтому надеяться на повсеместное активное обращение по поводу задержки полового развития не приходится. Также родители не всегда реагируют на призывы врача обследовать ребенка в случае зафиксированных отклонений от декретных сроков полового созревания. И делают это напрасно. Вступление в пубертат мальчиков моложе 9 лет требует обязательного исключения опухолей головного мозга. Задержка полового развития может оказаться проявлением гипогонадизма. При отсутствии лечения пациенту угрожает нарушение темпов роста, формирование евнухоидных пропорций тела, нарушение социализации.

Authors share personal experience of prescribing the drugs to children with cholelithiasis after cholecystectomy.

Reduction of digestive function of pancreas, relative or absolute, can be observed at many diseases of gastrointestinal tract. A common case of the disease in children is characterized by relative pancreatic insufficiency at which pancreas is not damaged and functions well, but there are certain factors that prevent enzymes from fully performing their function. It is usually neither obvious nor clearly manifested, without typical symptoms, and diagnosed only by laboratory examination. The underlying disease and its symptoms are usually more pronounced. Various diseases of gastrointestinal tract are often accompanied by relative insufficiency of exocrine pancreatic function; enzyme medicines are recommended in complex therapy of the diseases.

Entry into puberty of boys younger than 9 years requires examination to exclude brain tumor. Delayed puberty may be a manifestation of hypogonadism. Source text - Russian 1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
1.1. Заказчик поручает, а Исполнитель принимает на себя обязательства по оказанию услуг и выполнению работ, связанных с государственной регистрацией изделий медицинского назначения в Федеральной службе по надзору в сфере здравоохранения (далее по тексту именуется Росздравнадзор). Исполнитель также оказывает Заказчику услуги и выполняет работы, связанные с проведением испытаний указанных изделий, результаты которых необходимы для государственной регистрации.
1.2. Исполнитель оказывает услуги лично, либо привлекает для оказания услуг и выполнения работ третьих лиц, оставаясь ответственным перед Заказчиком за надлежащее оказание услуг по настоящему Договору.
1.3. Исполнитель может оказывать Заказчику дополнительные услуги на условиях, определяемых Сторонами в Дополнительном соглашении, являющемся неотъемлемой частью настоящего Договора.
2. ПРАВА И ОБЯЗАННОСТИ ЗАКАЗЧИКА
2.1. Заказчик предоставляет Исполнителю полный комплект документов и образцы продукции, требуемые для оказания услуг и проведения работ, связанных с испытаниями изделий и их государственной регистрацией в Росздравнадзоре.
2.2. Заказчик предоставляет Исполнителю в разумный срок иные документы и/или сведения, необходимые для выполнения Договора.
2.3. В случае утраты предоставленных Заказчиком документов по причинам, не зависящим от Исполнителя (утеря государственными организациями), восстановление утерянных документов проводится силами и за счет Заказчика. При утрате документов по вине Исполнителя, он обязан возместить расходы Заказчика по восстановлению утраченных документов и иные убытки.
4. ЦЕНА УСЛУГ И РАБОТ ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЯ, ПОРЯДОК РАСЧЕТОВ
4.2. Стоимость услуг, указанных в п.4.1. может быть изменена по соглашению Сторон в зависимости от срочности исполнения и сложности документации, а также в случае введения новых государственных актов об изменении рыночных цен или уровня инфляции, влияющих на затраты по выполнению настоящего Договора.
4.5. Датой оплаты считается дата списания денежных средств с корреспондентского счета банка Заказчика.
4.6. Фактом выполнения настоящего Договора является Акт о выполненных работах, подписанный Сторонами.
5.ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ СТОРОН
5.1. Ответственность за неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение Сторонами условий настоящего Договора определяется в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.
5.2. Заказчик несет ответственность за несвоевременные платежи и за несвоевременное предоставление документации согласно договору, тем самым предоставляя право Исполнителю изменить сроки исполнения Договора либо расторгнуть его в одностороннем порядке.
6. СПОРЫ
6.1. Споры и разногласия, возникшие между Сторонами по выполнению настоящего Договора, должны решаться путем переговоров.
6.2. Споры, не урегулированные путем переговоров, подлежат рассмотрению в Арбитражном суде г. Москвы по праву Российской Федерации, если дополнительным соглашением Сторон не будет установлены иные правила подсудности и применимого права.
7. ФОРС-МАЖОР
7.1. Исполнитель освобождается от ответственности за нарушение условий настоящего Договора в случае вступления в силу нового законодательства РФ, включая подзаконные акты Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации, Росздравнадзора, устанавливающие более длительные сроки исполнения государственной функции по государственной регистрации изделий медицинского назначения зарубежного производства, включая сроки проведения испытаний изделий медицинского назначения.
7.2. О наступлении форс-мажорных обстоятельств Исполнитель немедленно уведомляет Заказчика, предоставляя cсоответствующие доказательств.
Translation - English 1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. Client appoints, and Contractor assumes the obligation to provide services and perform work related to state registration of medical devices at the Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare (hereinafter referred to as Roszdravnadzor). Contractor also provides to Client services and performs work related to testing of the afore-mentioned medical devices, the results of which are required for their state registration.
1.2. Contractor provides services personally or engages third parties for the provision of services and performance of work while remaining responsible to Client for proper provision of services under this Contract.
1.3. Contractor may provide additional services to Client on the conditions defined by the parties in supplementary agreement which is an integral part of this Contract.
2. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF CLIENT
2.1. Client provides Contractor with a full set of documents and product samples that are required for the provision of services and performance of work related to testing of medical devices and their state registration at Roszdravnadzor.
2.2. Client provides to Contractor within a reasonable time period other documents and/or information that is necessary for the execution of the Contract.
2.3. In the event of loss of documents provided by Client for reasons beyond the control of Contractor (loss by public organizations), restoration of the lost documents shall be done by and at the expense of Client. In the event of loss of documents due to Contractor's fault it is obliged to reimburse to Client its expenses for restoration of the documents and other related losses.
4.COST OF SERVICES AND WORK OF CONTRACTOR, PAYMENT
4.2. The cost of services set forth in section 4.1. may be modified by mutual agreement of Parties depending on the urgency of execution and complexity of the documents, as well as in case of introduction of new public acts regarding any changes in market prices or inflation rate that impact the cost of execution of this Contract.
4.5. The date of debiting funds from correspondent account of Client's bank shall be deemed the date of payment.
4.6. The fact of execution of the present Contract is confirmed by Statement of completion signed by Parties.
5.RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES
5.1. Liability for failure to fulfil or improper fulfilment by Parties of the provisions of this Contract shall be defined in accordance with the current law of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Client shall be liable for delayed payment and delayed provision of documents pursuant to the Contract, thereby providing the right for Contractor to change the term of the Contract or terminate it unilaterally.
6. DISPUTES
6.1. Disputes and differences that might arise between Parties in relation to the execution of the Contract shall be resolved through negotiation.
6.2. Should Parties fail to settle disputes through negotiation, the disputes shall be resolved by the Moscow City Arbitration Court on the basis of the law of the Russian Federation, unless, through a supplementary agreement, Parties agreed other rules of jurisdiction and applicable law.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1. Contractor shall be exempt from liability for violation of the provisions of this Contract in the case of entry into force of new laws of the Russian Federation including bylaws of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation and Roszdravnadzor that stipulate a longer period for the execution of the public function of registration of foreign-made medical devices including the period of testing of medical devices.
7.2. Contractor shall inform Client without delay about the event of force majeure and provide relevant evidence thereof.
