This specification describes the procedure to be followed for erection, operation and maintenance of the condenser.
Basic guidelines are also described for main piping connected to the condenser, like steam exhaust duct and cooling water lines.
The operating instructions detailed on this specification are strictly related to the condenser; for the complete logic of operation and control of the condensing plant, i.e. that part of the plant that includes condenser, vacuum unit, condensate extraction pumps and condensate level control reference shall be made to the Plant Control Logic Document an to the Plant Operation Manual.

Esta especificação descreve o procedimento a ser seguido para montagem, operação e manutenção do condensador.
Orientações básicas também são descritas para a tubulação principal conectada ao condensador, assim como o duto de exaustão de vapor e as linhas de refrigeração de água.
