By hiring my translation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Each job is different. Rates higher or lower than those quoted above may be charged, depending on difficulty of the source content, desired delivery time, and other factors.
Unless other arrangements have been made, invoices are issued on the day of project completion and are due in 30 days.

We reserve the right to wait until receipt of an approved purchase order before commencing work.

No service claims shall be considered after 10 days from receipt of invoice.

Any liability of my services shall be limited to the billable amount on the invoice.

We are happy to provide corrections of errors or omissions at no charge. However, modifications brought about by a change in the source text (additions/edits) do not fall into this category.

A surcharge of US$35.00 per hour may apply for specialized work such as marketing, advanced proofreading/editing, DTP/layout work, or other special circumstances. The surcharge will be communicated to you at the time of the quotation.
Minimum guaranteed turn-around time is three business days. A surcharge of US$20 per day is charged for rush projects.
