Source text - Hungarian IZOPROPANOL PERVAPORATÍV DEHIDRATÁCIÓJÁNAK MODELLEZÉSE KÜLÖNBÖZŐ HIDROFIL MEMBRÁNON
ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS
A pervaporációt főként olyan azeotróp elegyek szétválasztásánál alkalmazzák gazdaságosan, ahol folyadékelegyből kismennyiségű, nemkívánatos komponenst kell eltávolítani. Az izopropanolt, mint szerves oldószert abszolútizálással elsősorban a növényolaj-ipari extrakciós eljárások keretein belül, a hagyományos oldószerek kiváltására készíthetjük elő, emellett a vegyiparban egyre növekvő jelentőséggel bír az izopropanol ipari melléktermékekből való pervaporatív visszanyerése is.
A pervaporáció alternatív víztelenítő eljárásként a hagyományos azeotróp desztillációt helyettesítheti. Alkalmazásával az elegyek azeotróp pontja adalékanyag nélkül, forráspont alatti hőmérsékleten átléphető. A dehidratáció teljes energiaszükséglete az azeotróp rektifikáláshoz viszonyítva lényegesen kevesebb, emellett ez a segédanyag nélküli modern szeparációs eljárás a környezettudatos technológia részét képezheti.
Vizsgálataink alkalmával ipari alkoholok pervaporációs viselkedésére modelloldatok kísérleti eredményeiből következtettünk. Célul tűztük ki korábban a xxx EGYETEM, ÉLELMISZERIPARI MŰVELETEK ÉS GÉPEK TANSZÉKÉN folytatott laboratóriumi kísérletek [xx] matematikai modellezését, az ipari alkalmazás kísérleti folyamattervezésének előkészítését.
Az azeotróp összetételhez közeli kiindulási koncentrációjú, kevés vizet tartalmazó izopropanol–víz modell oldatok kísérleti eredményeinek felhasználásával, a soros ellenállás modell alkalmazásával meghatároztuk a transzmembrán anyagátviteli tényezőket és determináltuk a CMC-CA-01, CMC-CE-01 és a CMC-CE-02-es típusú hidrofil membránok pervaporációs mutatóit.
A kiválasztott membránok karakterisztikájának meghatározásával, és a kísérleti pervaporáció analízisével megfelelő adatszolgáltatást biztosítunk a pervaporációs folyamat ipari alkalmazásának előkészítéséhez, alapot teremtve a műszaki, technológiai tervezéséhez, az eljárás gazdaságossági vizsgálatához és számítógépes folyamat-szimulációjához.
Translation - English MODELLING PERVAPORATIVE DEHYDRATION OF ISOPROPYL WITH HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANES
SUMMARY
Generally, it is economically feasible to apply pervaporation for the separation of azeotropic compounds when small quantities of undesirable components must be removed from a liquid. Isopropanol, an organic solvent prepared by absolutization, is used instead of traditional solvents, mainly in vegetable oil industry processes. Furthermore, isopropanol reclamation by pervaporation shows increasing importance in the chemical industry.
Pervaporation can be substituted for conventional azeotropic distillation as an alternative dehydration process. With this technique, the azeotropic point of the azeotrope can be exceeded without any additives, below the boiling point. Total energy required for dehydration is substantially lower in comparison with azeotropic rectification, and in addition, this modern, additive-free separation process can figure in environmentally conscious technology.
In the course of our experiments, we described the pervaporative behaviour of isopropyl alcohol from experimental data of model solutions. The aims were mathematical modelling of experimental data previously obtained by the xx University and development of design equations for industrial application. We used experimental results of isopropanol-water model solvents with initial concentrations close to the azeotrope composition and having low water content. The linear resistance model was used to determine the membrane characteristics and analyse the pervaporative properties of CMC-CA-01, CMC-CE-01, and CMC-CE-02 hydrophilic membranes. This provides fundamentals for technological design for industrial applications and economical examination, as well as supplying data for the process simulation of hybrid technology.
