Guy Bray . I have been doing scientific, technical and general translations for years, but I would recommend Fluency 2013 for beginners and experienced pros alike. It makes your translating life easy, it adapts seamlessly to all formats of input and output, and its tech support is the best in the industry by a country mile: personal, super-fast, easy to use, and free.
I was first drawn to Fluency by its page format, which ingeniously combines everything I use when translating on a single easy-to-use screen: source and target documents, live translation interface, dictionary, and all the internet tools I ever use: Termium, GDT, IATE, Linguee, … Plus concordance, machine translation, TM , on-screen editing, etc., and all the options, tools, bells and whistles you’ll ever need, in a smoothly integrated package. It’s constantly improving too, and the updates are free.
I came to it from years of SDLX’s clumsy system, and the miseries of dealing with SDL’s website maze. I only wish it had been available sooner.

silviacasilli . I've just purchased it and got immediately familiar with most of the options offered by the software. I had previously tried another product, for some time, but I had some difficulties in entering the logic while I didn't have this problem with Fluency. The assistance is great and I have just enjoyed a face to face webinar I was directely invited to.
I would certainly recommend it to my collegues.

tere rodriguez . We approached three of the main TM providers with a number of very specific requirements. I have previously used Trados in quite a number of occasions and did not find it particularly intuitive. From the moment we got in touch with the Fluency team, they were extremely approachable, very generous with their time and knowledge and very open to discuss and suit our requirements. We have been using the Fluency Translation Suite 2013 for a while now and I can honestly say that it has reduced our turnaround time by about 50%. It is not only extremely simple to learn (and the team is great at answering any outside-the-box questions) but it does the job a TM is intended to do with great simplicity. It makes both translating consistently and formatting a breeze. You have everything handy in a no-frills interface that compiles all the online resources you´d ordinarly have in different tabs.
Fluency is the perfect tool for both freelancers and bigger businesses/corporations. In all cases, Fluency helps you minimise translation errors and ensure translation consistency. And equally important, the cost is a lot more reasonable than most of the other providers and the service is outstanding. If you are looking for an affordable TM tool, Fluency is definitely worth your time.

Paul Kozelka . Fluency has enabled me to Double my translation speed, with all that that implies, and the support is faster than a speeding bullet. No muss, no fuss...the WS staff always provide a quick patch and are willing to give particular adaptations a serious look. Another advantage is that it accommodates a very broad range of file types, allowing me to find workarounds for the myriad other tools one is now expected to master. Need one say more?
