One would assume it prevents you from making copies of it other than for fair use - i.e. by using the available online copy ONLY, and not printing it out and/or distributing it. Telling others where it is (i.e. providing a URL) does not fall under copyright breach - it is like a library catalogue which points in the direction of the book on the library's shelves.
