Losing Browniz

Am new to proz and have a quick query.

When we bid for a job using Browniz, do we lose the Browniz even if our bid is unsuccessful? This seems a little unfair but if it\'s the way the system works then C\'est La Vie

And I believe it is a good system, except that it pushes some people to agree nonsensely with whatever comes their way.

Personally, I would never agree with answers I was not sure of. Makes you think twice about bidding though.

Losing BrowniZ and not getting jobs with slow KudoZ award Mar 4, 2002

When KudoZ awards are not efficiently awarded, this makes earning the BrowniZ more difficult. On top of this, we lose the BrowniZ to jobs that are not award to us.

It seems like a lose-lose proposition.

If Proz.com fixes the KudoZ end, it would make coming back to proz.com more fun and rewarding.
