Dear all,

If you are just starting out and would like to do some volunteer translations to gain more experience, please check out the TED Open Translation Project at http://www.ted.com/OpenTranslationProject

This is mostly to do with subtitling, but still a good starting point, and for some maybe a career of their choice.
