Hi all,

I have just agreed to act as a mentor for a translator who is new to the profession and wants some help with marketing and promotion (this has been organised through the NWTN). As it's my first time as a mentor I wondered if anyone had any tips on how to make sure the relationship is a successful one. We are arranging an initial meet-up in person and will take things from there.

Any experienced mentors or mentees out there with anything useful to share?
