Like Tayfun explained, there are free, premium and platinum memberships on ProZ. At the profile pages of members who didn\'t upload a picture you can read \"this person is a charter/premium/platinum member of this site\" where charter member stands for non-paying member. As you do have a picture on your profile page, the text doesn\'t show
