We must put it in a scale. On one side (A) the contact with your colleages, lunchbreaks and regular paycheck. On the other side (B) you put no boss, no regular hours, no heavy traffic twice a day, no harassment, no rules you are against and you know are not feasible, no nice clothes, and a lot less taxes taken away from your payments, among other things.

What happens then is that side B is so heavy it throws all the content in side A on the floor.
