My specific issue would be that I can't convert the framerate of my videos to the specific framerate Netflix asks for. I import the video, I insert the settings, but when I start to convert the video frame rate, the program freezes when I start the conversion process and I'm forced to close it. I'd really thank a fast answer. Greetings.

Hi, Hiro. They have a video tutorial named “How to prepare subtitles for Netflix”. You can watch it at their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-U2nU4kozM4 And you can contact the customer service, in my experience they are very fast and helpful. You can try changing the frame rate with another piece of software (Applian, AVS4You, or similar) video converters), then import it into EZTiles. VCL media player will likely do it, and it's free. Worth a try. | | | Rene Pedroza Paraguay Local time: 19:22 English to Spanish + ... TOPIC STARTER I considered that | Nov 24, 2017 |

I also considered what you say, but some people adviced me not to do it, arguing that the framerates would fit but the subs will not be synched with the vid. | | | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » EZTitles: Issue with framerate conversion Trados Business Manager Lite | Create customer quotes and invoices from within Trados Studio
