Translating Arabic/Islamic calligraphy on certificates

What is standard practice? Should I screenshot these elements on certificates such as birth certificates or marriage licenses and copy them onto my translation final product? I will translate them if possible, but often times these are much too ornate for me to decipher.
Alternatively, is there a forum anyone would suggest I could seek assistance for deciphering calligraphy?
