Не совсем понимаю, что в данном контексте имеется в виду под этим термином? Какие-то отчисления, вычеты?

A spouse shall be entitled to compensation from the other spouse for any amount or value that has been withdrawn from his or her separate assets for the benefit of the other spouse.

If a spouse earns an income in the form of profits from business activities or income from other activities, the spouses shall determine in accordance with generally accepted standards and practice which part of the profits or income is available for withdrawal and accordingly constitutes income as defined above.
