But the true problem is that you may be wrong, and in fact "commercial disappearance" means the following (according to the words of Nathalie Fernández): Total supply - Exports - ending stocks - *** farm household use" - ***USDA donations of dairy products***". So, this term covers internal consumption, but without consumption of milk in dairy farms themselves and without the dairy products which were not bought by consumers, but received by them from USDA as a help (donation to poor people). It is worth considering "comercialización interna" as a translation for "commercial disappearance". |
