English term or phrase: Sclamp

Here we describe the preclinical development of an adjuvanted, prefusion stabilised Spike (S) protein “Sclamp” subunit vaccine, from rational antigen design through to assessing manufacturability and vaccine efficacy

Our candidate vaccine, SARS-CoV-2 Sclamp, consists of the recombinant viral S glycoprotein stabilised in its prefusion trimeric form, through the incorporation of a “molecular clamp” stabilisation domain, and produced in mammalian cells (Chinese Hamster Ovary)

Alguna sugerencia para Sclamp?
Desde ya muchas gracias!
