Hi! All the documents I read about this topic talked about procedures and policies to protect children and young people.
For example, "Child protection policies and procedures in place that are appropriate for the context" or "The purpose of this policy and associated procedures is to provide clarity to ALL on how they should engage with children or young people". In the online reference that I provided, if you press ctrl+f and write "procedure", you can see how many times they talk about agency's procedure.
