is numbered and filed Explanation: To file: to store information in a careful and particular way. I though of archive, but that is for documents that are stored for future use as in an archive. Sorry for the redundancy. However, "se radica" implies that the document is given a number. Filing doesn't imply numbering so I would use both numbering and filing.
