رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي يقترح شروطا تعجيزية لإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية
لجنة أمريكية ـ إسرائلية مشتركة لبلورة تفاهمات حول المستوطنات في المنطقة
واشنطن ـ من عاصم عبد الخالق ـ القدس المحتلة- عواصم العالم ـ وكالات الأنباء:
في أول لقاء علي مستوي رفيع بين الإدارة الأمريكية الجديدة و الحكومة الإسرائيلية ، ركز الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما في إجتماعه بالبيت الأبيض بواشنطن أمس مع بنيامين نيتانياهو رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي علي الوضع في الشرق الأوسط ، و عملية السلام مع الفلسطينيين ، بالإضافة إلي البرنامج النووي الإيراني .
و صرح مصدر إسرائيلي مرافق نيتانياهوفي واشنطن بأن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي لم يرفض ـ في إجتماعه مع أوباما بشكل قاطع ـ حل الدولتين، و إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية، إلا أنه إقترح شروطا تعجيزية قد لا يقبلها الفلسطينيون .
وتتضمن هذه الشروط حسبما ذكر المصدر جعل الضفة الغربية منزوعة السلاح ، وأن تصيطر إسرائيل علي المجال الجوي فوقها.
ومن جانبها ، قالت صحيفة "هاآرتس" الإسرائيلية: إن نيتنياهو قدم إلي أوباما طلباً بتشكيل لجنة أمريكية ـ إسرائيلية مشتركة تعمل علي بلورة تفاهمات في مسألتي وضع القيود علي أعمال البناء في المستوطنات، وإخلاء النقاط الإستيطانية العشوائية في الضفة الغربية.
وأضافت الصحيفة أنه بالنسبة للبرنامج النووي الإيراني، فقد أكد نيتانياهو أن الوقت المتاح لوقف البرنامج النووي الإيراني علي وشك النفاذ، ولذا يجب إستكمال الحوار الأمريكي ـ الإيراني في غضون أشهر، ودراسة النتائج، وإذا تبين أنها سلبية فيجب العمل بطريقة أكثر صرامة مع إيران.
ولكن جوزيف بايدن نائب الرئيس الأمريكي كان أكثر وضوحاً عندما أعلن أن أي هجوم إسرائيلي علي إيران سيكون عملاً مجانباً للصواب.
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي أوباما قد أبدي تفهماً ـ في حديث لمجلة "النيوزويك" ـ بشأن أن تري إسرائيل في إيران خطراً علي وجودها، مشيراً إلي أنه يأمل في إقناع نيتانياهو بأن النهج الدبلوماسي الأمريكي هوالأفضل.
ومن جانبه، قال عوزي آراد مستشار نيتانياهو للأمن القومي ـ في تصريحات أمس ـ إن تركيز نيتانياهو علي تملك إيران أسلحة نووية خلال مباحثاته مع أوباما يرجع إلي أن هناك شعوراً بالإلحاح من جانبنا، علي أن إمتلاك إيران أسلحة نووية يشكل تهديداً لوجود إسرائيل.
وفي تعليق بثته علي موقعها الالكتروني عشية اللقاء، قالت صحيفة "نيويورك تايمز" الأمريكية إن تركيز نيتانياهو علي القضية الإيرانية قد يكون محاولة من جانبه للمراوغة، و التهرب من الإلتزام بإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.
ولم تستبعد "النيويورك تايمز" في تعليقها أن يكون هذا "الضجيج" الذي أثاره نيتانياهو بشأن إيران هو محاولة مقصودة لفرض هذا الملف كأولوية لإدارة أوباما بغرض تفادي الضغوط المتصاعدة من جانب الإدارة الجديدة في واشنطن لوقف الأنشطة الإستيطانية الإسرائيلية في الضفة الغربية.

The Israeli Prime Minister suggesting terms that incapacitate the reconstruction of the Palestinian state.
An American-Israeli committee initiating an understanding in regards to the settlements in the district.

In the first meeting between the new American Administration and the Israeli government, President Barak Obama and the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met at the White House in Washington DC, President Obama focused on the situation in the Middle East, the Peace with the Palestinians, and the Iranian nuclear program.
An attended member of the meeting from the Israeli government said that Netanyahu did not absolutely refuse the idea of reforming the two countries and build the Palestinians country, but he suggested preventive terms may not be approved by the Palestinian.
The Israeli source said the terms included that West Bank will be disarmed and that Israel will control the airspace above it.
On the other side, “Harts” the Israeli newspaper, stated; that Netanyahu introduced to Obama a request to form an American- Israeli united committee to discuss and form an understanding in two issues. The first issue is to put restrictions and enforce codes on construction on building inside West Bank territories. And the second issue is to evacuate the unorganized settlements in the West Bank.
The newspaper added that in regards to the Iranian nuclear program, Netanyahu had confirmed that the program is about to finish, therefore, the American-Iranian discussion should resume in the up coming months. If the result of the discussion is going to be negative then the US should work more aggressively with Iran.
The United States Vice President, Joe Biden, was very clear when he announced that any attack on Iran from Israel would not be the right idea.
In his speech to Newsweek magazine, President Obama showed an understanding of the Israeli vision of Iran which is described as a danger that threatens their existence. He also pointed that he is hoping to convince Netanyahu that the American method of diplomacy is the best way to go.
Yesterday, Awzy Arad, Netanyahu’s National Security Advisor, said that Netanyahu has reasons for focusing on the Iranian nuclear weapons, in his meeting with President Obama. Netanyahu’s reasons referred to how the Israeli are feeling of urgency and threat of having a country like Iran owning nuclear weapons which may lead to threat to Israel and its existence.
In a comment posted on The New York Times’s web site that Netanyahu’s focused on the Iranian nuclear program could be his way of weaving and skipping other obligations and liabilities towards building a Palestinian state.
Nevertheless, he maybe have intentionally done this propaganda about Iran’s nuclear program and introduced it in front of the American administration to make it a priority on Obama’s administration which will eliminate the escalated pressure on Israel from the administration in Washington when it comes to stopping Israel from the settlements activities in West Bank.
