General description
The engine is of five-cylinder, in-line, overhead camshaft type, mounted conventionally at the front of the car. The crankshaft is of six-bearing type, and the No 4 (from front) main bearing shells incorporate flanged or separate thrustwashers to control crankshaft endfloat. The camshaft is driven by a toothed belt from the crankshaft sprocket, and the belt also drives the water pump mounted on the left-hand side of the block. The 20-valve engine incorporates double overhead camshafts, linked at the front by a chain and sprockets. The exhaust camshaft is driven by a sprocket from the toothed belt. A gear on the rear of the camshaft (or inlet camshaft on 20-valve engines) drives the distributor. The valves are operated from the camshaft(s) through hydraulic bucket type tappets.

Take this medicine as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Look on the label and ask the doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Taking this medicine:
- this medicine contains 25mg of amitriptyline hydrochloride in each 5ml.
- take this medicine by mouth.
The usual doses are given below. These may be changed by your doctor:
Adults
To treat depression:
- the usual dose is 75mg each day either as a single dose at night or split into smaller doses over the day.
- your doctor may increase this to a maximum of 150mg a day.
- for long term treatment the usual dose is 50 to 100mg each day as a single dose at night.

Ein Mangel und Erdenrest, an dem der Dichter schwerer als an allen anderen leidet, ist die Sprache. Zu Zeiten kann er sie richtig hassen, anklagen und verwünschen - oder vielmehr sich selbst, daß er zur Arbeit mit diesem elenden Werkzeug geboren ist. Mit Neid denkt er an den Maler, dessen Sprache, die Farben, vom Nordpol bis nach Afrika gleich verständlich zu allen Menschen spricht, oder an den Musiker, dessen Töne ebenfalls jede Menschensprache sprechen und dem von der einstimmigen Melodie bis zum hundertstimmigen Orchester, vom Horn bis zur Klarinette, von der Geige bis zur Harfe so viele neue, einzelne, fein unterschiedene Sprachen gehorchen müssen.
Um eines aber beneidet er den Musiker besonders tief und jeden Tag: daß der Musiker seine Sprache für sich allein hat, nur für das Musizieren! Der Dichter aber muß für sein Tun dieselbe Sprache benutzen, in der man Schule hält und Geschäfte macht, in der man telegraphiert und Prozesse führt. Wie ist er arm, daß er für seine Kunst kein eigenes Organ besitzt, keine eigene Wohnung, keinen eigenen Garten, kein eigenes Kammerfenster, um auf den Mond hinauszusehen - alles und alles muß er mit dem Alltag teilen! Sagt er "Herz" und meint damit das zuckende Lebendigste im Menschen, seine innigste Fähigkeit und Schwäche, so bedeutet das Wort zugleich einen Muskel. Sagt er "Kraft", so muß er um den Sinn seines Wortes mit Ingenieur und Elektriker kämpfen, spricht er von "Seligkeit", so schaut in den Ausdruck seiner Vorstellung etwas von Theologie mit hinein. Er kann kein einziges Wort gebrauchen, das nicht zugleich nach einer anderen Seite schielte, das nicht im selben Atemzug mit an fremde, störende, feindliche Vorstellungen erinnerte, das nicht in sich selber Hemmungen und Verkürzungen trüge und sich an sich selber bräche wie an zu engen Wänden, von denen eine Stimme unausgeklungen und erstickt zurückkehrt.

Algo de lo que carece un poeta, más que de ninguna otra cosa, y que al mismo tiempo lo une a este mundo más que nada, es la lengua. A veces puede llegar a odiarla con toda su alma, culparla y maldecirla, o, más bien, odiarse, culparse y maldecirse a sí mismo por haber nacido para trabajar con esta mísera herramienta. Piensa con envidia en el pintor, cuya lengua, los colores, es igualmente comprensible por todos, desde el Polo Norte hasta África; o en el músico, cuyos sonidos hablan todas las lenguas por igual y ha de ser obedecido por incontables lenguas nuevas, únicas y muy diferenciadas entre sí, desde la melodía unísona hasta las orquestas de cientos de sonidos y tonos distintos, desde la trompa hasta el clarinete, desde el violín hasta el arpa.

Es tan pobre que no posee ningún instrumento propio para su arte, ninguna vivienda ni jardín propios, ninguna ventana propia en el dormitorio por la que contemplar la luna: ¡ha de compartirlo todo con la vida cotidiana! Al decir «corazón», se refiere a lo más vivo y palpitante del ser humano, a su mayor virtud y más profunda debilidad, y, al mismo tiempo, esa palabra se refiere a un músculo. Al decir «fuerza», ha de lidiar con el ingeniero y el electricista por el sentido de la palabra; y, si habla de «bienaventuranza», ya tiene algo que ver con la teología. No puede utilizar ninguna palabra que no mire de reojo a otro lado, que en el mismo aliento no evoque ideas extrañas, molestas y hostiles, que no conlleve inhibiciones ni acortamientos y que se estrelle contra sí misma como contra un denso muro desde el cual resuena una voz ahogada que no llega a apagarse.
