Source text - German Ein besonders beim Löten im Elektronikbereich gefürchtetes Phänomen sind die sogenannten Kalten Lötstellen. Bei einer Kalten Lötstelle besteht keine stoffschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Lot und Fügepartner.
Kalte Lötstellen sind oft schwer zu erkennen. Im Gegensatz zu korrekten Lötstellen sehen sie eventuell matt aus (bleihaltige Lote erstarren hochglänzend, bleifreie Lote sind generell matt) oder weisen eine leicht klumpige Oberfläche auf. Weiterhin ist der fehlende Meniskus einer guten Benetzung ein Indiz für eine mangelhafte Lötstelle. Die mechanischen und elektrischen Eigenschaften einer kalten Lötstelle sind mangelhaft. Kalte Lötstellen sind typische Ursachen für Zuverlässigkeitsprobleme in elektronischen Baugruppen.
Kalte Lötstellen können viele verschiedene Ursachen haben:
• Die Löttemperatur war zu gering – die Lötstelle war zu kalt – wohl der Namensgeber. Es erfolgte keine oder keine vollständige Benetzung.
• Die Löttemperatur war zu hoch. Das Flussmittel hat sich zu schnell zersetzt, bzw. verdampft bevor eine deoxidierende Wirkung einsetzt. Die hohe Temperatur führt zu einer schnellen Oxidation der zu verbindenden Bereiche.
• Beim Abkühlen einer Lötverbindung wurde nicht sichergestellt, dass der gesamte Lötbereich zwischen der Liquidus- und Solidustemperatur erschütterungsfrei bleibt.
• Die zu benetzenden Oberflächen sind wegen Oxidation oder Überlagerung nicht mehr benetzbar, so dass das Lot eher formschlüssig eine Art "Verklammerung" darstellt.
Kalte Lötstellen verursachen oft nicht sofort eine elektrische Unterbrechung. Eine kalte Lötstelle hält jedoch nur geringen mechanischen Belastungen stand. Aufgrund dessen können auch kleine Vibrationen oder Erschütterung der Lötstelle als auch Dehnungsbewegungen bei sich erwärmenden Bauteilen zu Funktionsstörungen beitragen. Vibrationen treten zum Beispiel an Leiterbahnen auf: Am Anfang ist die Leiterbahn bzw. der Anschlussdraht noch „fest“ in der kalten Lötstelle eingeschlossen, doch schon bald können die Vibrationen des Leiterdrahtes ein Spiel innerhalb der Lötstelle „hineinschlagen“, der Draht kann sich dann innerhalb der Lötstelle bewegen. Nun kann der innerhalb der Kontaktstelle eine Relativbewegung eintreten, kleine Kontaktunterbrechungen treten auf, es können bei höheren elektrischen Strömen auch Lichtbögen entstehen.
In elektronischen Geräten und Baugruppen führen Kontaktunterbrechungen und -unsicherheiten zu Funktionsstörungen. Die möglicherweise entstehenden Lichtbögen können Verbrennungen innerhalb der Lötstelle erzeugen. Diese Stellen sind dann von einer Ruß- oder Oxidschicht überzogen. Dadurch verschlechtert sich der elektrische Kontakt noch weiter.
Das Auffinden kalter Lötstellen ist oft schwierig, da sie bei mechanischer Bewegung eventuell zunächst wieder für einige Zeit einen Kontakt herstellen.
Translation - Czech Obzvláště obávaným fenoménem v elektrotechnice jsou takzvané studené spoje, kdy mezi vodičem a cínem není vodivé spojení.
Studené spoje je často obtížné rozeznat. Oproti správně provedeným spojům mohou být matné (olovnaté cíny jsou po ztuhnutí lesklé, bezolovnaté jsou všeobecně matné) nebo mají lehce hrbolatý povrch. Nesprávné ‘zatečení’ spoje může také indikovat chybný spoj. Mechanické a elektrické vlastnosti studeného spoje jsou nedostatečné. Studené spoje bývají nejčastější příčinou nespolehlivosti u elektrotechnických modulů.
Mezi možné příčiny studených spojů jsou:
• Teplota pájení byla příliš malá – pájený spoj byl příliš studený – jak již název napovídá. V důsledku toho nedošlo k adhezi, resp. neúplné adhezi.
• Teplota pájení byla příliš vysoká. Tavidlo v důsledku toho příliš rychle rozložilo, resp. odpařilo dřív, než nastala deoxidace. Vysoká teplota vede k rychlé oxidaci částí, které se mají spojit.
• Při ochlazování pájeného spoje byla oblast pájení vystavena otřesům.
• Povrchy spojovaných částí již nejsou kvůli oxidaci nebo zanesení smáčivé, v důsledku čehož se cín stává spíše prostředkem na "přišpendlení" tvarem.
Studené spoje často nezpůsobují výpadek průchodu elektrického proudu okamžitě. Studený spoj odolá malému mechanickému zatížení. V důsledku toho mohou i malé vibrace nebo otřesy pájeného spoje, nebo dilatační pohyby zahřívajících se součástek vést k výpadkům fungování. Vibrace se objevují například u vodičů: zpočátku je vodič, resp. připojovací kabel ještě „pevně“ připojený ke studenému spoji. Již brzy ale mohou vibrace vodiče způsobit vůli, kabel se může v pájeném spoji pohybovat. Nyní může v místě kontaktu docházet k relativním pohybům, a objevují se malá přerušení kontaktu. Při vyšších proudech se mohou objevit i jiskry.
V elektronických zařízeních a modulech vedou přerušení a kolísání kontaktu k poruchám fungování. Případné jiskry mohou vést k vypálení uvnitř pájeného spoje. Tato místa jsou pak potažena vrstvou sazí nebo oxidu. To vede k ještě horšímu kontaktu.
Nalezení studeného spoje je často obtížné, protože při mechanickém pohybu, eventuelně hned po něm se na nějakou dobu kontakt opět obnoví.
English to Slovak: Role of Ketamine in Cancer Pain General field: Medical Detailed field: Medical: Pharmaceuticals
Source text - English Although ketamine is included on the World Health Organization’s essential drugs list for refractory cancer pain, a Cochrane review stated that “the benefits and harms of adding ketamine to strong pain killers such as morphine for relief of cancer pain are not yet established” due to limited data.
Administration of subanesthetic doses of ketamine to improve opioid-tolerant cancer pain is termed “burst” therapy. Ketamine improved opioid analgesia in refractory cancer pain, but with considerable side effects. An open-label audit of intravenous “burst” ketamine therapy (100-500 mg/24 hours for 3-5 days) reported improvement in cancer pain for up to 8 weeks in 62% of patients refractory to morphine. Somatic and neuropathic pain responded in most cases. A subsequent audit of 43 patients showed a response rate of 51%, with best results for mucositis, painful bony metastases, and neuropathic pain; however, dose-dependent adverse cognitive effects occurred in 30% of patients. Severe total body hyperalgesia and allodynia have been described after the sudden cessation of a 3-week ketamine infusion for neuropathic cancer pain.
Translation - Slovak Svetová Zdravotnícka Organizácia (WHO) eviduje ketamin na zozname základných liekov používaných pri refrakternej rakovinovej bolesti. Podľa Cochranovej štúdie, pre nedostatok údajov, „neboli zaťial vyhodnotené pozitíva a negatíva použitia ketaminu v kombinácii so silnými analgetikami, ako je morfin, na úľavu rakovinovej bolesti“.
Podávanie subanestetických dávok ketaminu k zmierneniu opioid-tolerantnej rakovinovej bolesti sa nazýva „burst“ terapia. Podaním ketaminu došlo k zlepšeniu opioidnej analgezie pri refrakternej rakovinovej bolesti, ale s výraznými vedľajšími účinkami. Uverejnená štúdia štúdia ukázala, že intravenozne podávanie ketaminu pri “burst” terapii (v dávke 100-500 mg/24 hodin počas 3-5 dní) viedlo k zmierneniu rakovinovej bolesti až na 8 týždňov u 62% pacientov refrakternych na liečbu morfinom. Vo väčšine prípadov išlo o somatickú a neuropatickú bolesť. Pri následnom zhodnotení u 43 pacientov bola dobrá odpoveď na liečbu u 51% pacientov. Najlepšie výsledky boli u mukozitídy, bolesti pri kostných metastázach a neuropatickej bolesti, avšak u 30 % pacientov sa prejavili na dávke závislé kongnitívne vedľajšie účinky. Náhle prerušenie trojtýždňovej infúzie ketaminu pri neuropatickej rakovinovej bolesti viedlo k následnej hyperalgezii a allodynii celého tela.
