• Institutionalize social performance management in 30 MFIs’ operations to ensure that they are reaching their target clients, especially low-income farmers, and meeting their needs while maintaining or enhancing their financial sustainability
• Develop, translate, and disseminate consumer protection and transparency learning materials to all members of the MFI networks, of which 30 member MFIs are directly trained on both issues, in order to help current and potential clients, especially low-income farmers, make sound financial decisions and prevent financial exploitation
• Certify 40 financial literacy trainers, who train 10,000 rural clients from 30 MFIs in the 2 countries in financial literacy
• Enhance the institutional capacities of national microfinance networks through knowledge management and two cross visits or expert peer exchanges
