Then those postcards were soaked in the water, and the ink color was washed off by lightly tapping them by a brush.
Then, they were dried in a manner as mentioned before, and sold to a certain large inn and other places in Tôkyô for 7 Lin a piece. This "new strategy of old postcards" was a splendid red-handed catch. It was indeed an amazing extra souvenir.
