Translation - English Concert instead of company meeting
In those days, after completion of my studies I was employed by a company where I was not really promoted but merely doing work for which the old stagers of the company were just too good. This was particularly frustrating because I just expected a lot more from my first real job. Actually in this company everyone went their own way so that one being a beginner often felt left alone with his problems and working long hours was a part of the standard program (in part from 08:00 clock - 22:00 clock several times a week). Not only overtime was a common practice, we also had to participate in team events that took place also after working hours and these almost always took place close to the residence of our boss, even if all other employees were living about 200kms away. If we cancelled, we would be informed through the secretary of our boss that we had to come along (to which one could hardly say "no" during the probation period), even if a refusal was given well in advance.
Now to my actual confession: On a day when I already had tickets for a concert, was once again an event planned at one of our partner companies in Frankfurt. As my talent for acting is rather bad than good, I had already prepared a plan which I executed a day before the excursion. I came that morning to the office and went unnoticed to the washroom. There I took a lump of bread to me that I had dipped a whole day before in a 500,000 Scoville Hot Sauce and I hardly could choke it down. My mouth was burning like fire, but when I went back to my seat, I did not let on anything. It didn’t take long and stomach pains started off, cold sweat poured down my forehead, my face took the color of a chalk and my hands were shaking. After I vomited the first time my colleagues also noticed that my condition deteriorated rapidly and advised me to go to the doctor, which I did. By the time we were on the highway my pains had completely disappeared but of course I didn’t let the doctor know who promptly gave me a sick leave for a week. The upshot was, ultimately, that I enjoyed a wonderful concert in the evening and my colleagues who had traveled to Frankfurt, again pitched in Cologne at 01:00 clock in order to put to bed for the next working day. Hereby I confess that I've not once but twice knowingly caused harm to myself to escape my work where I was not only unfairly treated, but also exploited and oppressed. I hope for understanding, forbearance, and absolution.

Source text - English Extension of Questionnaires for independent Procedures
Contents
Prerequisite / References
Requirement for the displayed extensions / developments is the documentation and implementation of administration of question list version.
Introduction
In the framework of independent procedures, a questionnaire must be filled out and declared by every employee once in a year, in which he declares himself independent of particular Mandator as per specific guidelines. This questionnaire is to be mapped onto the CRM Audit Management.
Several expansions are necessary for putting these questionnaires into action on the basis of existing technology:
1. Answer to a specific question must be pre-empted through a different question from the same questionnaire- and then locked by a manual change.
2. Answer to a certain question must be reserved by Program coding.
3. An overview of the posted jobs must be integrated into the questionnaire.
4. All questionnaires for individual employees must be summarized for a procedure.
Realization
1. Pre-emption of answer by other questions (with/without Code)
To enable the pre-emption of an answer to a question, the question is being assigned to a new attribute-assignment, which makes the data in the customizing of questionnaires maintainable.
Data file: The data on the response proposal are stored in the DB table ZFRGLFRG_SUGGEST.
Assignment Class: ZCL_PLM_FRGL_I_SUG_ASSIGNMENT
Persistence Controller: ZCL_PLM_FRGL_I_SUG_PERSISTENCY
Visualization class: ZCL_PLM_FRGL_I_SUG_VISUALIZE
Function group for representation: ZPLM_FRGL_SUGGESTIONS
Translation - German Erweiterung der Fragebögen für Unabhängigkeitsverfahren
Inhalt
Vorraussetzung/Verweise
Assignmentklasse: ZCL_PLM_FRGL_I_SUG_ASSIGNMENT
Persistenz-Controller: ZCL_PLM_FRGL_I_SUG_PERSISTENCY
Visualisierungsklasse: ZCL_PLM_FRGL_I_SUG_VISUALIZE
Funktionsgruppe für Darstellung: ZPLM_FRGL_SUGGESTIONS
