Source text - English The clinical efficacy of xxxxxx (in combination with other antiretroviral medicinal products) on plasma HIV RNA levels and CD4 cell counts have been investigated in two pivotal ongoing, randomized, double blind, multicentre studies in patients infected with CCR5 tropic HIV-1. Patients who were eligible for these studies had prior exposure to at least 3 antiretroviral medicinal product classes [≥1 nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTI), ≥1 non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTI), ≥2 protease inhibitors (PI), and/or enfurvirtide] or documented resistance to at least one member of each class. Patients were randomised in a 2:2:1 ratio to maraviroc 300 mg (dose equivalent) once daily, twice daily or placebo in combination with an optimized background consisting of 3 to 6 antiretroviral medicinal products (excluding low-dose ritonavir). The OBT was selected on the basis of the subject’s prior treatment history and baseline genotypic and phenotypic viral resistance measurements.

До дослідження залучено лише пацієнтів, які раніше проходили лікування антиретровірусними препаратами принаймні трьох різних класів [≥1 нуклеозидними інгібіторами зворотної транскриптази (НІЗТ), ≥1 ненуклеозидними інгібіторами зворотної транскриптази (ННІЗТ), ≥2 інгібіторами протеази (ІП) та/або енфувіртидом] або розвинули резистентність принаймні до одного препарату кожного класу. Source text - English The pathogenesis of lipoatrophy is still poorly understood. The suggested mechanisms are: repeated mechanical trauma from the injections, cryotrauma from refrigerated insulin or immune mediation. Many studies have demonstrated an association between high insulin antibodies and lipoatrophy. In a study conducted at the diabetes clinic of the University Children's Hospital in Munich, Germany, 112 children were randomly recruited for measurement of insulin antibodies. Lipoatrophy was found in four children who had significantly high insulin antibody levels. This study concluded that there is a strong association between insulin antibody levels and lipoatrophy, which implies immunity against insulin is a factor in the development of lipoatrophy. Another report in 1998 also described a significantly high insulin antibody level in an adult with diabetes. We observed high levels of insulin antibody in three of our cases.
Translation - Russian Патогенез липоатрофии до сих пор мало изучен. Предполагается, что она может быть вызвана многократными механическими травмами от инъекций, термическими травмами от охлажденного инсулина или реакцией иммунной системы. Множество исследований сумели показать связь между высоким уровнем антител к инсулину и липоатрофией. В одном из исследований, проведённом в отделении лечения диабета детской больницы при Мюнхенском университете (Германия), для измерения уровня антител к инсулину методом случайной выборки было отобрано 112 детей. У четырех из детей со значительным уровнем антител к инсулину была обнаружена и липоатрофия. В результате исследования было заключено, что между уровнем антител к инсулину и липоатрофией существует определенная связь,и как результат можно говорить о том, что невосприимчивость к инсулину является одним из факторов, провоцирующих развитие липоатрофии. В 1998 году еще один доклад сообщил о существенном уровне антител к инсулину у взрослого пациента с диабетом. Высокий уровень антител к инсулину был зафиксирован у трех из наших пациентов.

But let's start where it all began - with a tiny snowflake that had a huge charisma and was sick and tired of living in a shadow of the cloud. Or maybe with a cheerful one that gathered all the family and snow-folks to celebrate its new six needles. In any case, you should have seen the exodus or debauchery they had that day.

Сніг, незнайомець і фемінізм… Але спочатку була маленька сніжинка з величезною харизмою, котра більше не хотіла жити у тіні великої хмари. Чи може сніжинка-веселинка, яка зібрала свій рід увесь, щоб відсвяткувати появу шести нових кристаликів. Як би там не було, цей масовий вихід, чи то гулянку, треба було бачити.
