Source text - English If such withdrawal is approved by the Grantor, it becomes effective upon such approval. The withdrawing party remains bound by (i) the exclusivity undertakings contained in this Agreement for a period of two (2) months from the award of the Project by the Grantor and (ii) the confidentiality undertakings contained in this Agreement for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of withdrawal of that Party. The Respective Interests of a withdrawing Party transfer to the remaining Party or Parties in each case on a proportional basis among them.
Translation - Serbian Ukoliko je istupanje izvršeno prema gorenavedenim odredbama, ono postaje pravosnažno odmah nakon odobrenja o istupanju. Istupajuća strana ostaje vezana (i) preuzetim obavezama o ekskluzivnosti, sadržanim u ovom Sporazumu, na period od dva (2) meseca nakon dobivenog Projekta i (ii) preuzetim obavezama o tajnosti, sadržanim u ovom Sporazumu, na period od dve (2) godine, počevši od pravosnažnog datuma istupanja navedene Strane iz Sporazuma. Interes istupajuće Strane se prenosi proporcionalno na preostale Strane.
