In this correspondence, xxxx gave formal notice that xxx had failed to comply with the Purchase Contract and demanded the return of the all the Deposit Funds paid. At the moment of this Notice, xxx had failed to complete the improvements the Deadline of March 1, 2008. The Deadline to complete all the improvements was established in the Purchase Contract. Clause 10 of the Addendum required xxx to fully complete and deliver ALL the proposed improvements to the apartment by March 1, 2008. In this Notice, xxxx demanded the return of all Deposit Funds as required by clause NINTH of the Purchase Contract. This Notice of Default was delivered to xxx on March 19,2008.

Demand For Final Payment
In this correspondence, xxx formally responded to the Notice of Default from xxx. Xxx denied the validity of his non-compliance, blamed xxx for his failure. He argued that the non-compliance did not free xxx from its requirements to make final payment and close sale. He demanded that xxx make final payment of the purchase funds and issue a “carta irrevocable de pago” to guarantee payment. This Demand was delivered on 24 de marzo de 2008.

Strip seal expansion joint shall comprise the following items:
Edge beam
This shall be either extruded or hot rolled steel section or cold rolled cellular steel section with suitable profile to mechanically lock the sealing element in place throughout the normal movement cycle.
Further the configuration shall be such that the section has a minimum thickness of 10mm all along its cross section (flanges and web).
Anchorage
Edge beams shall be anchored to concrete by reinforcing bars or bolts or anchor plates cast in concrete or a combination of anchor plate and reinforcing bars.
Anchor bars studs or bolts shall engage the main structural reinforcement of the deck and in case of anchor plates or loops, this shall be achieved by passing transverse bars through the loops or plates.

Here are the currently dispositions regarding felony’s related to Money Laundering, included in Law No. 23 of December 30, 1986, reformed under Law No. 13 of December 15, 1994.
For crimes related to drugs, there will be no incarceration.
The competent authorities will provisionally injunction of the instruments, money, values and other assets used while committing the drug and the by-products related crime.
The one that has been imputed for drug-related felony and connected crimes, needs to demonstrate that the assets that have been injuncted come from illicit activities, and that are not the product of the crime related to drug traffic.
The banks are forced to abstain to reveal to the client or to a third party that information has been transmitted to the Financial Analysis Unit (FAU) or that there is an examination of a transaction or operation, by suspiciousness of being linked to Money Laundering.

Source text - English The amount of air circulating in the system is vastly more than that required for the inhabitants to breath, to avoid carbon dioxide narcosis and to avoid smelling each other. Air is mainly used to carry heat and moisture to all corners of the building. Since the heat capacity of air is rather small, quite large amounts are needed to ensure the uniformity of temperature that is required by the specification.
If the building is old and uninsulated the heat loss through the outer walls will force a large air circulation, which will in turn require large ducts or make a lot of noise. A leaky building requires considerable moisture added in winter. The RH of the air leaving the humidifier will then be rather high, with a risk that pathological microorganisms will thrive in remote corners of the ducts. Fitting air conditioning into existing buildings is not easy.

In this case, because the main colonnade is at a higher elevation, the only place for 'windows' is on the interior as shown in the last slide.
I believe it would of been obvious that stone would do the trick, especially considering that they would of had stone mounted on the ground spanning between two blocks, to carve it, it would of been readily apparent that stone could easily span this distance.

Source text - English The main difference between the Last Planner production control system developed by Ballard and classical control systems is the way in which projects are controlled and planned. The Last Planner system focuses on controlling production units, workflows and the quality of the performed work. It also permits the identification of the causes for the non‐completion of planned work and decision making in accordance with the project requirements so that actions are timely and productivity is increased. The objective of this paper is to present the results obtained from implementing the Last Planner system in the construction department of a chemical company. In this department, an information flow problem was detected among its members, in which supervisors lacked knowledge about the work to be performed until the project had been perfectly designed. This problem often led to meant long delays in the projects. The results from Last Planner system implementation show that identifying the constraints of the planned work leads to an improvement in the percentage and quality of completed activities.
