Finishing and returning one text is never the end of the job - there is always the question of feedback to the translator, and a review of things that I learnt about my own style and techniques and which will help me to improve your quality and turnaround time in the future.

I spend a lot of my own time researching what people prefer in terms of the written word, writing guides for other proofreaders and training translators.
