Vilo ID uses SQL server, the industry standard enterprise database management system, to store and serve the
information that defines the training experience.
Vilo ID provides for the reuse of media by applying metadata
to individual source files and training objects. As a result this
provides users with advanced search capabilities.
Vilo ID also stores version information for all source files
and delivery media. This gives users and managers detailed
information about deliverable source files to make updating content painless and worry free . Since all previous versions of the source files are stored inside Vilo ID’s versioning system any version of the source files can be instantly recalled.
