Source text - English El buque deberá cumplir con las normas y regulaciones de clase como buque tipo Offshore Supply Vessel, conforme a las casas clasificadoras adscritas a la IACS Adicionalmente deberá cumplir con las siguientes regulaciones:
Regulaciones IMO/Marpol 73/78.0
Convenio Internacional para prevenir las colisiones en el mar.
El GMDSS hasta el área A3.
Luces de navegación – convenio internacional OMI para prevenir abordajes en el mar COLREGS´72.
Los niveles máximos de vibración bajo condiciones normales de operación no deberán exceder el estándar de la norma ISO 6954-1984 (E).
Los hidrantes del sistema de contra incendio, las tuberías sobre cubierta con conexiones a muelle, sistemas contra incendio, combustible, aguas residuales, agua potable, residuos oleosos, deberán ser en sistema ANSI y/o DIN
El oferente garantizará el buen funcionamiento y calidad de todos los equipos y sistemas con que estará dotado el Buque por un periodo de un (01) año y la condición estructural de casco, mamparos estructurales, cubiertas, superestructura y cierres estructurales, por un periodo mínimo de dos (02) años.
Las garantías inician a partir de la firma del acta de recepción del buque por parte del supervisor destinado por la Armada Nacional. Las garantías técnicas deberán ser atendidas en el territorio colombiano donde se encuentre operando la Unidad.
En la propuesta se deberá adjuntar las especificaciones técnicas y características del buque con el cual se basa la propuesta.

The offerer shall ensure the proper functioning and quality of all the equipment and systems that will be equipped with the vessel for a period of one (01) year and the structural condition of the hull, structural bulkheads, decks, superstructure and structural closures, for a minimum period of two (02) years.
The warranties begin from the signature of the vessel’s Manifesto of Acceptance on behalf of the Navy’s assigned supervisor. Technical guarantees must be taken care of in Colombian territory where the unit is operating.
The proposal must include technical specifications and features of the ship to which the proposal is based on.
