Source text - French Le présent cadre décrit comment les initiatives de suivi, évaluation et recherche seront réalisées pendant la mise en œuvre des programmes. A l’intérieur, on y trouve les objectifs, les résultats attendus, les critères et questions clés de l’évaluation, le mécanisme de gestion des informations, les méthodes et techniques de collecte, les outils standards, et les ressources (humaines, matérielles et financières). Il est aussi décrit dans ce cadre, les outils et le mécanisme de supervision qui permettront d’assurer la performance du suivi.
Translation - English This framework describes how research evaluation and follow-up initiatives will be carried out during the programmes implementation. The objectives, set targets, criteria and key questions of the evaluation, data management mechanism, collection techniques and strategies, standard tools, as well as resources (human, material and financial) are all set in this document. Also detailed in this framework are supervision mechanism and tools which will guarantee the follow-up performance.
