One of the first things you'll need to figure out is your own philosophy of education. That might sound complex, but it really just refers to what you think of when you think of education. Not everyone has the same ideas about what education is for. Some people think education means the ability to recite a lot of facts and do difficult math problems. Others think it refers to what kinds of books you have read. Still others might think education is about living life as a kind and generous person.
What kind of educational style fits your values best? Here are a few sketches to help you get started.
Blueprint Sketch #6: Imagine your ideal school day.
If you could create the most perfect school day for your children, what would it look like? Where would you be? What kinds of activities would you be doing? How involved would you, the teacher, be?
Depending on your answers to those questions, we can start narrowing down your preferences and finding you some new ideas.
See if any of these answers fits your ideal school day.
1. "We should be exploring the outdoors as much as possible! Kids learn best when they are outside in nature."
~ If this idea is for you, you might work best with a Charlotte Mason style of education.
2. "Our school day should look as much like 'real life' as possible. We should be working together and learning in real life situations. You can learn math at the grocery store better than you can with worksheets."
~ If this sounds good to you, you might enjoy unschooling.
3. "We should play! Kids learn best while playing, pretending, and using toys and hands-on experiments that help them experience an idea."
~ Montessori education might be your favorite. You might also enjoy unit studies.

Source text - English PP can, depending on the type, exhibit high strength and rigidity or be less rigid and have higher impact resistance.
PP can be processed at low temperatures and therefore used by processors using injection moulding applications.
PP can be reinforced by adding minerals and glass fibres which can enhance clarity, rigidity, strength and temperature resistance for higher performance applications.
PP has new technical capabilities through the SSC types.
SSCs permit the precision tailoring of PP to give specific structures, thereby allowing new and better properties.
PP is probably the most versatile polymer type available, with basic properties of high stiffness, good tensile strength, good processability and inertness towards acid, alkalis and solvents.
It is relatively easily recycled.
PP is replacing PVC and PS for some applications because it is seen as being more environmentally acceptable to the final consumer.
One reason for this is because it produces a lighter weight pack than PS and therefore lower levies under the “Green Dot” recycling scheme.
PP is also better for microwave and in some plastic pipe applications, so processors making these products are switching from PVC and PS to PP.
PS is very brittle and is often modified to make “high impact” PS by polymerizing styrene in the presence of rubber.
This gives a much higher impact strength, but with lower tensile strength and stiffness.
The transparency of PS was initially lost with the incorporation of rubber but there are now high gloss and impact grades of PS available.

Il faut voir l’île pour ce qu’elle est: une manière de table granitique, de forme à peu près ovale d’environ huit hectares et qui s’incline en direction du sud pour se finir en une sorte d’anse au fond sableux et qui, malgré les récifs qui en rendent l’accès malcommode, constitue un mouillage que l’on peut qualifier de passable au regard de l’urgence qui le justifie. Au plus haut, elle culmine à quatorze mètres en une sorte de promontoire orienté plein Ouest, où les tempêtes viennent s’abattre à grand fracas. Le promontoire se tient face au large, aux vents et à la mer dont les colères subites et les langueurs soudaines ont comme façonné son faciès abrupt et rugueux. L’abord n’est pas avenant et les chaussées qui se dévoilent à marée basse montrent d’anciens territoires, à peu près aussi sombres et tourmentés, et que la grande glaciation a submergés, engloutissant villages fantômes et cimetières oubliés avec la même indifférence.
Les fouilles entreprises à la fin du XIX° siècle ont mis en évidence l’existence d’une sorte de cercle de peuplement, dont le promontoire Ouest semble figurer le sommet et comme l’axe d’orientation. Faute de moyens techniques adéquats, les fouilles sur les sites des îlots voisins n’ont consisté qu’en de brefs examens, desquels on peut seulement conclure à une occupation humaine sporadique. En revanche, sur l’île elle même ont été découverts, au flanc sud du promontoire, un cairn renfermant une chambre circulaire occupé par une trentaine de squelettes de tous âges, inhumés en position assise autour d’un pilier central de facture fort ancienne, ainsi que deux sarcophages, dont l’un double et l’autre simple, tous deux vides. Les textes les plus anciens portant sur l’île datent du treizième siècle et font état d’une tentative de christianisation de l’endroit, considéré alors avec aversion comme un lieu de culte païen. Il est fait état à mots couverts de voyages destinés à accompagner les défunts dans le monde d’à côté, dont les chaussées émergeant à marée basse auraient tracé le chemin... Un texte tardif, qui date du milieu du XVIII° siècle fait état de rumeurs de sacrifices humains coutumiers sur la Pierre dite du Poney, qui n’est que le débris plat et monumental d’un menhir brisé puis couché en des temps immémoriaux... Selon certains membres de sociétés savantes continentales, il faudrait voir dans le terme poney l’altération du substantif ponant, qui signifie soleil couchant.

Il promontorio è rivolto al largo, dove i venti e il mare, con le sue collere subitanee e le sue bonacce improvvise, hanno come modellato le sue pareti ripide e scabre. L’approdo non è facile e i sentieri rivelati dalla bassa marea mostrano terre antiche, più o meno altrettanto cupe e tormentate, che la grande glaciazione sommerse, inghiottendo villaggi fantasma e cimiteri dimenticati con la medesima indifferenza.
Gli scavi intrapresi alla fine del XIX secolo hanno messo in evidenza l’esistenza di una sorta di cerchio di popolamento che sembrerebbe avere come apice e come asse d’orientamento il promontorio occidentale. In mancanza di mezzi tecnici adeguati, gli scavi nei siti degli isolotti vicini si sono limitati a brevi esami dai quali si può desumere soltanto un’occupazione umana sporadica. In compenso, sull’isola stessa, sul fianco meridionale del promontorio, sono stati scoperti un cairn comprendente una camera circolare occupata da una trentina di scheletri di tutte le età, inumati in posizione seduta attorno ad un pilastro centrale di fattura antichissima, così come due sarcofagi, uno doppio e uno singolo, entrambi vuoti. I testi più antichi che includono riferimenti all’isola risalgono al tredicesimo secolo e riportano un tentativo di cristianizzazione del luogo, all’epoca considerato con ripugnanza un’area di culto pagano. Si fa cenno velatamente a viaggi destinati ad accompagnare i defunti nell’aldilà, la cui direzione era tracciata dai sentieri che affioravano con la bassa marea… Un testo successivo, risalente alla metà del XVIII secolo riporta voci di ripetuti sacrifici umani sulla Pietra detta del Pony, quel che resta di un monumentale menhir spezzato e poi caduto in tempi immemorabili… Secondo alcuni membri di società scientifiche continentali, il termine pony sarebbe l’alterazione del sostantivo ponente, che significa sole calante.
