I am a translation student looking to get some experience in the industry. I am a native speaker of both English and French, and I have two years' experience in Spanish. I have been awarded multiple scholarships for the quality of my academic work in my field (Modern Languages). As an entry-level translator, I aim to offer competitive rates and fast service, while not sacrificing any of the quality.

Experience-wise, though I have no sample texts to speak of, I have done small translations for friends and family over the years. Everyone for whom I have provided a translation has claimed to be very satisfied with my work.

I offer general translation services (academic, websites, blogs, CVs, brochures, short texts, etc.) as well as editing/proofreading for the following:

English to French

French to English

Spanish to French (simple texts only)

Spanish to English (simple texts only)

As a budding translator, I still do not feel confident taking on big projects that I neither have the experience nor the tools to complete quickly and efficiently. However, should you have the patience and the indulgence to let me try, I would be happy to translate longer texts regarding things I am passionate about. I know I can deliver high-quality work; I will just need a bit more time to complete the project.

Academic fields I am interested in include: linguistics, sociology, literature, cinema/film or history. Other subjects I am interested in include: beauty/fashion, culture, food, travel, etc.
