Without prejudice to any further rights and remedies provided under this Agreement or under Applicable Law, in case any Party commits a material breach of its obligations under this Agreement, the other Party shall have the right to notify the defaulting Party for the purposes of article 1454 of the Civil Code granting to the latter a term of not less than 30 (thirty) days in order to remedy the breach, it being understood that, in case the defaulting Party fails to remedy the default within such term, the other Party shall have the right to terminate the Agreement. | Translation - Italian
Fatti salvi gli ulteriori diritti e rimedi previsti dal presente Contratto o dalla Normativa Applicabile, qualora una delle Parti commetta un grave inadempimento delle obbligazioni poste a suo carico dal presente Contratto, l’altra Parte avrà il diritto di inviare alla Parte inadempiente una comunicazione per le finalità di cui all’Articolo 1454 del Codice Civile, concedendo a quest’ultima termine non inferiore a trenta (30) giorni per sanare l’inadempimento, fermo restando che, qualora la Parte inadempiente non sani tale inadempimento entro tale termine, l’altra Parte potrà risolvere il Contratto. |

Le immobilizzazioni materiali sono iscritte al costo di acquisto comprensivo degli oneri accessori di diretta imputazione. Nel costo dei beni non è stata imputata alcuna quota di interessi passivi.
Le immobilizzazioni materiali in corso si riferiscono a lavori edili eseguiti in vari esercizi su di un terreno non di proprietà della società e finalizzati a realizzare edifici destinati ad attività collaterali, complementari ed affini all’attività di hotel.
Tali lavori risultano non completati e, allo stato attuale, il relativo cantiere risulta non operativo.

Fixed assets have been recorder at their purchase costs, including directly allocation accessory charges. No share of interest payable has been allocated in the costs of the goods.
The item ‘Fixed assets under construction’ regards building works performed during various fiscal years on a land owned by third parties; such works are aimed at realizing buildings for hotel accessory, complementary and similar activities.
Such works have not been completed, and the relevant building site is currently not operative.
