При производстве работ по электровоздействию на пласт (через устья скважин) следует иметь в виду, что шаговые и выносные напряжения, а также напряжения прикосновения, возникающие на площадке во время работы, опасны как для человека, так и для животных, особенно при наличии поверхностей низкоомной среды (лужи, глинистые растворы и т.п.).
Кроме того, нефтяные месторождения сами по себе являются объектами повышенной опасности. Так, 20-метровая зона около устья скважины имеет класс взрывоопасности В1 - г, а также 3-х метровая зона вблизи трубопровода. Нефтепромыслы также являются объектами повышенной пожарной опасности.

This method enables an estimate of the functional physiologic regulatory mechanisms of the organism (general activity of the regulatory mechanisms), neurohumoral control action of the heart, and the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic sections of the vegetative nervous system (VNS). These regulatory mechanisms have multilevel and multiple-circuit structure; they are changeable. In order to achieve an optimal adaptive response for a human organism, the mechanisms are integral in their function and aggregate in time; they reflect the adaptive reaction of the whole organism. Adaptive reactions differ for different people, and engage differing degrees of functional systems involvement.

Source text - Russian Возможности «МРТ всего тела» в динамической оценке распространенности метастатического поражения
Введение: Несмотря на то, что «МРТ всего тела» сравнительно новый метод исследования организма человека, он уже зарекомендовал себя как высокоинформативный диагностический подход в оценке распространенности метастатического поражения. Однако, возможности методики при наблюдении за пациентом в динамике исследованы недостаточно. Целью исследования стало – оценить и сравнить степень выраженности объема и распространенности метастатического поражения тканей организма человека с различными временными интервалами.
Материалы и методы: МРТ всего тела было выполнено на МР-томографе Achieva 1,5 Т («PHILIPS»). Проведено динамическое исследование двух женщин после комбинированного лечения рака молочной железы. Каждой из них было проведено три обследования: первой женщине (пациентка №1) – с промежутком в 1 неделю, второй женщине (пациентка №2) – с промежутком в 1 месяц. Во всех исследованиях были получены Т1-HR- и Т2-STIR-взвешенные изображения всего тела. Комбинация этих методик позволила получить наибольшее количество информации о распространенности метастатического поражения. Для «сшивания» картинок использовался протокол MobiView. Нами оценивался характер и объем поражения ткани головного мозга, паренхимы печени и легких, лимфатических узлов, костной системы.
Translation - English The Potentials of Whole-body MRI in the Dynamic evaluation of the Distribution of Metastatic Lesions
Introduction: Even though Whole-body MRI is a relatively new method for examining the human body, it has already proven to be a highly informative diagnostic approach to the evaluation of the distribution of metastatic lesions. However, the potentials for dynamic follow-up observation of a patient utilizing this method have not been sufficiently studied. Thus the objective of our research was to assess and compare the degree of manifestation of metastatic lesions – their volume and distribution – at various time intervals using MRI.
Materials and methods: Whole-body MRI was performed using 1.5 T scanner (Achieva, PHILIPS). Dynamic examinations for two women were performed; both women had taken combination therapy for breast cancer. Each woman was examined three times. The first woman (hereafter Patient T.) was examined at one week intervals; the second woman (hereafter Patient D.) at one month intervals. In both cases Т1-HR-weighted and Т2-STIR-weighted images of the whole-body were obtained. Combination of these techniques provided the maximum information regarding the distribution of metastatic lesions. MobiView Protocol was used to fusing the pictures. We were assessing the nature and volume of lesions of brain tissue, liver parenchyma, lungs, lymph nodes, and skeletal system.

Методы исследования.
В настоящее время существуют два, достаточно самостоятельных направления в исследовании энергетических процессов, участвующих в адаптационных реакциях – это прямой и непрямой (расчетный) методы. Задачей собственно исследования является определение существующих функциональных резервов и структуры энергообеспечения.
Понимая, что прямое определение структуры энергетического метаболизма организма представляет достаточно трудоемкий процесс, целью настоящего исследования явилось исследование энергообеспеченности адаптационных процессов неинвазивным методом. Одним из таких методов является метод дифференцированной ЭКГ по С.А. Душанину. Метод исследования основывается на биологической закономерности совпадения кинетики энергетического обеспечения «натриевого» насоса в «нулевой» фазе деполяризации миокарда желудочков у человека, находящегося в состоянии относительного покоя, с энергопродукцией при физической нагрузке целостного организма [4, 5]). На основании проведенных исследований (сравнительные исследования стресс-ЭКГ теста, определения молочной кислоты), позволивших получить сопоставимые результаты по показателям структуры энергетического метаболизма, таких как МПК (максимальное потребление кислорода), уровня потребления кислорода на ПАНО (порога анаэробного обмена) метод С.А. Душанина оценивает энергетический метаболизм следующими расчетными индексами:
ИндАЕ – Индекс Аэробной Емкости;
ИндАМ – Индекс Аэробной Мощности;
ИндАЭ – Индекс Аэробной Эффективности;
ИндАнЕ – Индекс Анаэробной Емкости;
ИндАлЕ – Индекс Алактатной Емкости;
ИндАдС – Индекс Адаптации Системы.
Согласно предложенной С.А. Душаниным методике принципиальным показателем являются амплитудные взаимоотношения первой производной обычной ЭКГ (скорость изменения процесса деполяризации) положительных и отрицательных зубцов (R и S) в грудных отведениях по Вильсону (V3r, V2, V6). Соотношения амплитуд зубцов первой производной ЭКГ-покоя в отведении V6 совпадает с показателем аэробной составляющей энергетического метаболизма (МПК), правые грудные отведения (V3r V2) совпадают с анаэробной составляющей энергетического метаболизма. Research methods.
At the present time, there are two quite independent ways of researching the energy processes which take place in the adaptive reactions, those are direct and indirect (estimated) methods. The objective of the research proper is to determine the existing functional reserves and the structure of the energy-supply.
Understanding that to determine directly the structure of the human organism’s energy metabolism is a rather difficult process, the objective of this particular research was to study the energy provision of the adaptive processes by the noninvasive method. Dushanin’s differential electrocardiogram (ECG) method is one of such methods. Dushanin’s research method is based on the fact that the biological mechanism of energy-supply for the sodium pump at zero phase of myocardial ventricles depolarization in a person at relative rest coincides with energy production during a physical workout of the entire human organism [4, 5].Previous research (comparative examination of the stress-ECG test, lactic acid determination) enabled us to obtain comparable results on the indices of energy metabolism pattern, such as maximum oxygen consumption (MOC), oxygen consumption level at anaerobic metabolism threshold (ANMT). Dushanin’s method estimates the energy metabolism by the following estimated indices:
IndAC – an Aerobic Capacity Index;
IndAI – an Aerobic Intensity Index;
IndAE – an Aerobic Efficiency Index;
IndAnC – an Anaerobic Capacity Index;
IndAlC – an Alactate Capacity Index;
IndSA – System’s Adaptation Index.
According to the technique suggested by S.A. Dushanin, the rate of change in the depolarization process—the amplitude interrelation of the typical ECG's first derivative positive and negative waves (R and S) via the Wilson's unipolar chest leads V3r, V2, V6—is a principle characteristic. Relation between the amplitudes of the ECG's first derivative’s waves in the lead V6 coincides with the aerobic component of energy metabolism (MOC); the right chest leads (V3r V2) coincide with an anaerobic component of energy metabolism. The dynamics of the changes in aerobic and anaerobic qualities of the energy supply has a very highly correlated dependence: r = 0.952 for an aerobic working capacity, and r = 0.979 for an anaerobic component of the working capacity [4].
