Bio
I ran a freelance translation business during 2006-2011, while at the same time finishing the Professional Translators' Program at Lund University, Sweden, in Jan 2008. After several years of freelance work, I worked as an in-house translator (EN-SV) and a project leader at AAC Global in 2012, and then at SweLoc in 2013 - both translation and localization agencies in Stockholm, Sweden.

Both Swedish and (American) English are my mother-tongues - out of which Swedish is the strongest. My work has been in a broad field this far, specializing in Sociology/Politics, Geology/Environment, Psychology/Theology, Literature/Poetry, IT (software/hardware), and Forestry/Industry.

Since Nov 2013 I have returned for a period to my earlier career within the public/private employment and job/career coaching field, a position and contract which ends in Dec 2014. This means I am soon ready to get back to translation again!
